Over the Years, Huxtley Workwear Co. has been committed to offering quality, technically engineered and real-world tested products for the rugged lifestyle you live. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love every purchase.
All Huxtley Workwear Co. products are backed by a 90-days warranty against manufacturing and material defects (excluding normal wear and tear). You MUST declare any defect(s) before this limit or your demand won't be considered.
Since all apparel has an expected service life, this commitment does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, neglect, misuse or obvious abuse of the garment. Also, Huxtley Workwear Co. assumes no liability for garments that have had alterations, embroidery, or other ornamentation added to the garment, or have had the item label removed.
How to Initiate a Warranty Claim:
- Send an email to sales@huxtley.com including your full name, order number, defective product & brief description of the defect (or fill the "Warranty Form below)
- Attach pictures of the defect, size label & care label
- You will receive an email confirmation when a claim has been received.
- Wait 3-4 business days for processing.
Warranty Program Details:
- If we confirm a defect, we'll send you a replacement product (or a store credit at Huxtley.com if the product isn't available).
- Replacements can't be returned.
- One product per claim.
- Claims exceeding the 90 days limit won't be accepted.
- Huxtley Workwear Co. reserves the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time without notice.
- Final decisions can't be re-inspected.
Examples of Defects (Covered by warranty): A defect is any irregularity or flaw that goes beyond normal wear and tear. Here are some examples:
- Stitching Issues: Uneven or frayed stitching affects structural integrity.
- Faulty Zippers or Buttons: Malfunctioning closures hindering normal use.
- Misalignment of Pockets: Uneven or misaligned pocket sewing.
- Issues with Hardware: Problems with rivets, grommets, or metal components.
- Size Label Discrepancies: Significant differences between labeled size and actual dimensions.
Examples of normal wear & tear (Not Covered): Damage incurred during normal and intended use of the product. Here are some examples:
- Rips & holes: Caused by excessive wear, abuse, sharp objects, wrong sizing or wrong sizing (stress failures) .
- Shrinkage: Improper care, tumble dried at high heat.
Remember, normal wear and tear, misuse, alterations, or failure to follow care instructions may not be considered defects.
