Shipping to Canada

- Fixed shipping charge of CAD $14.99 in Canada for orders under CAD $125
-All Canadian orders are shipped via UPS or Canada Post—we’ll choose the fastest option. Delivery takes between 1 to 7 business days after your order date (estimated, not guaranteed). Once your package ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
-We ship the same day!
-Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
-Weekend orders (or those placed after 11 AM EST on Fridays) will ship on Monday or the next business day if it’s a long weekend (following Canada’s holiday schedule).
-Deliveries are made on weekdays only.

Customs & import fees
New U.S. rules: As of Friday 05/02/2025, the U.S. government cancelled the de minimis exemption. This means American customers may now face import duties and tariffs on orders that previously cleared without fees. These increased charges are a result of the ongoing U.S.-China tariff war.
Most of our products are designed and field-tested in Canada/ North America & proven worldwide, and are manufactured in China under strict quality control standards. Because of this, Chinese import tariffs now apply to many of our shipments into the U.S.
***12/05/2025 Update: Good news — tariffs were slashed from 145% to 30%.
We want to be as transparent as possible about this. We’re really sorry about the situation—it's out of our hands and hopefully only temporary.
To avoid any confusion: we won’t accept returned packages due to unpaid import charges. It’s the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with local import laws. If you refuse to pay the duties and the package comes back to us, your refund will be reduced by all related fees and return shipping costs. These costs can be equal to or greater than the value of your original order. No exceptions.
We’re hopeful this situation gets resolved soon. Thanks for your understanding and continued support.
