Customs & Import Fees

Effective September 25, 2025 — Great news: orders shipped outside of Canada will no longer be subject to COD (Collect on Delivery) fees. No unexpected charges at the door—what you see at checkout is exactly what you’ll pay.

We know that in the past, some international customers experienced unexpected import charges, even though we were fully transparent about this and had clear warnings throughout our website, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this created. However, it’s important to understand that these fees were never set or collected by us—they were applied directly by your government’s customs authorities under their own laws and regulations.

For that reason, we are unable to issue refunds for orders placed before September 25, 2025. Those charges were entirely outside of our control, and responsibility for them rests with the importing country.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days. It does not cover damage caused by an inappropriate use, improper care, accident or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. If there is a case of defect visit our Warranty page.

 

Can i get stickers?
