- Fixed shipping charge of $14.99 in Canada for orders under $125
All canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post and take between 2 and 7 business days* to arrive after the date of the order (*Shipping delays are suggested & not guaranteed). A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once the package has been shipped.

Shipping to the United States

- Fixed shipping charge of CAD $16.99 (+- $13 USD) for orders under $125 (+- $96 USD)
All US orders are shipped with USPS and take between 4 to 8 business days* to arrive following the date of the order (*Shipping delays are suggested & not guaranteed). A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once the package has been shipped.
Customs & import fees
As all orders are currently shipped from Canada, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Huxtley, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
Exchange & return
Exchange (Canada)
You may exchange any *unused product within 30 days of the purchase date.
*Product(s) must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed with tags and original packaging present.
Exchanges are free of charge.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A fee of CAD $14.99 will be deducted from your refund for each return label created.

If you want to return your unwanted items by yourself, please do the followings:
1- Pack your unwanted item(s) in the original packaging
(Product(s) must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed with tags and original packaging present.)
2- Please include a copy of your original packing slip and reason for the return/ exchange.
